Upgrade to WordPress MU 2.7
As indicated we have completed the installation and upgrade of Shooting Sports Blog to WordPress MU to version 2.7.
It has been some time since a major update for our platform an frame work which was long overdue. You will notice that some of the previous functionality are drastically improved. Over the several months before the update our team had hacked and changed the code to put band-aid fixes in place. We are sure you will find the upgrade a large improvement over previous updates.
The most noticable improvement outside of speed of use is the user interface (GUI) update. All of the features are still here – they have moved the right-hand side. You can still find the great tools integrated into the header. The header toolbar can be activated to be displayed atop your post while you are logged in. To activate this ability select Settings -> Admin Bar -> Check box “Show the admin bar on Site” -> and Save. There are other color options also that you can update to your liking. Enjoy the new look and feel of the back end of Shooting Sports Blog.
